Today Sony Online Entertainment closed off the SWG forums to the non-paying public, fearing that all of the negative feedback will scare away potential customers. Creative Director Raph Koster explained that they felt that the forums would never be a source of "positive publicity" for the game. Talk about falling off the Cluetrain. Thankfully, the game still rocks and it's still getting better, even if they take one step backward for every two steps forward.
